Greyson P.
Hannigan, Esq.
Greyson P. Hannigan serves as
Assistant County Counsel for the County of
Passaic. He was appointed to the County
Counsel’s Office in January 2005. He is
responsible for advising the Board of Chosen
Freeholders on a broad range of issues, consults
with various County Departments in legal
matters, including contracts, and litigation.
A Paterson resident, he received
a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography
–Environmental Studies, and a Paralegal
Certification from Montclair State University in
1995 and received his law degree from Rutgers
University School of Law-Newark in 1999.
Greyson was Washington Center Minority Leaders
Fellow and is a member of the Educational
Opportunity Program Community Advisory Board at
Montclair State University.
Before being appointed to the
County Counsel’s Office, he clerked for the
Essex County Prosecutor’s Office’s Appellate
Section, and was appointed Assistant Prosecutor
in December 1999. In February 2003 he moved on
to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office as a
Trial Assistant Prosecutor.
Greyson is admitted to practice in the State of
New Jersey. |
